Founded in 1891 by Webb C. Ball, BALL Watch is well known for precise timekeeping and industry-leading technology, from their revolutionary micro gas tubes to their patented shock resistance technology. BALL Watches feature truly unique functionality and design inspired by their rich history of watchmaking. In 1891, after the Kipton Disaster, a devastating train crash between the  Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway, Webb C. Ball was instituted as the Chief Time Inspector for the rail lines and was tasked with instituting a standard time measurement throughout the rail system. Today, BALL Watch continues this timekeeping tradition, manufacturing all timepieces in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
