Double Oak Rye

The majority of a Rye’s character comes from the wood and with Noble Oak® we elegantly marry two of the world’s renowned cask types.

First, time-honored methods are used to rest our rye in Charred New American White Oak barrels for a minimum of one year. Then, through our WoodCraft® finishing process, we add complexity and flavor using the same wood once used to craft the most sought-after port wine.

The result is a totally unique rye that is elegantly balanced and bold in flavor — a great rye with a noble heart.
