Vortic’s Post-War Conversion Watch is a rare conversion-within-a-conversion. These featured pocket watches originated as black-dialed 24-hour timepieces and were utilized by the US Army Air Corps during WWII. After the war, they were updated with off-white, 12-hour dials for civilian use. We’ve preserved the evolution of these pieces in our machined bronze case and paired them with stitched oxblood leather straps.
