These terms apply to your use of the Windup Watch Fair website, produced by Worn & Wound. By using the site, you agree to them.
Using the site
Windup Watch Fair is free and open to the public. You may browse and share the site freely. Please don't misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break the law.
Content & trademarks
The Windup and Worn & Wound names, logos, and site content are the property of Worn & Wound or its partners. Brand names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify exhibitors. You may not reproduce site content for commercial use without permission.
Event details
Dates, venues, hours, exhibitors, and programming are subject to change. We do our best to keep the site accurate but can't guarantee it's error-free or complete.
Giveaways
Any giveaway or contest is subject to its own posted official rules, which take precedence for that promotion.
External links
The site links to other websites (exhibitors, partners, social media). We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Worn & Wound isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Text messages (SMS)
These terms govern the Windup Watch Fair text message program, operated by Worn & Wound LLC.
What you receive. If you opt in, we send text messages about your participation in the Windup Watch Fair: booth status, load-in and setup instructions, deadline reminders, schedule changes, and day-of coordination. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you opt in. You opt in by texting our keyword (for example, WINDUP) to 917-985-7748, as described at windupwatchfair.com/sms and in our exhibitor communications. Consent is not a condition of exhibiting at the fair or of any purchase.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with where we are in the show cycle. Expect roughly 1 to 8 messages per show, and more in the week of an event.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, text WINDUP to 917-985-7748 again or email events@wornandwound.com.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email events@wornandwound.com.
Your responsibilities. Provide a mobile number you control and are authorized to receive messages at, and tell us when that number changes. Messages may be delayed or undelivered for reasons outside our control, so do not treat text as the only channel for time-sensitive show information. We also send exhibitor logistics by email.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on major US carriers and availability may vary.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
